Donor Appreciation and Recognition

Word to our Donors

Our startup is fresh and at this time we are working on deciding on the best form of incorporation and choosing between profit or nonprofit.

We are considering the form of a nonpartisan nonprofit charitable organization under 501(c)(3) and registering in the appropriate ways with all state and federal agencies. We are also considering other forms of incorporation, such as those appropriate for collaborative relationships with Private Foundations or other business entities that would allow us to work for private interest, for example.

We need perspective and advice. We would appreciate your help!

Deductibles and non-deductibles:

Because we don't have a charitable organization status at the moment, the donations are not directly tax-deductible. To our current  understanding, some types of help and contributions can still be tax-deductible:

  • Service expense through buying our services: Information session; Advisory & Consulting; Contractual research and Advising.

  • College Scholarships

  • College Grants

  • Other Grants

Our exceptional organization, practicality, and economy as well as effective network business model, lean organizational structure and effective and cost-efficient operations will ensure that your donations have the highest value, return, and  impact in the short, medium, and long run.

We are deeply grateful for your help!

Donations: Causes and Purposes

Development & Operations Fund

The Development & Operations Based Fund donations will be directed towards the organization's most immediate goals and tasks. It would allow us to dedicate more time and resources towards establishing startup's full time operations.

At this time resources would be directed towards incorporation and registration associated expenses.

It would also help us to cover operational expenses (site, domain, other online platforms' fees, a new business phone line, and other essential expenses).

Your donation could help us to go FULL TIME.

For more information on our objectives, operational needs check out 'One Source: Information for Investors, Donors, and other Supporters.

Professional Training, Study, and Furthering Education

It takes 5 to 7 years on average for a think tank to become sustainable and recognized in the policy space. The external indicators of growth should not be the only goal.

The donations from The Furthering Education fund will help us to continue our professional development and growing expertise. Donations will be used to pay for the tuition fees and other education and training related expenses of the most dedicated and devoted to the cause people of the organization, the core staff.

*Currently, the personal circumstance of our team members allows for merit scholarships and grants. Please, let us know if this form of support works best for you and we can meet in person at you best convenience. Contact us.
