Word to our Donors

Our startup is fresh and at this time we are working on deciding on the best form of incorporation and choosing between profit or nonprofit.

We are considering the form of a nonprofit charitable organization under 501(c)(3) and registering in the appropriate ways with all state and federal agencies.

Alternatively, we are exploring other forms of incorporation that would facilitate collaborative relationships with private foundations, business entities, or structures that allow us to work on behalf of private interests.

We would appreciate perspective and advice!

Deductibles and non-deductibles:

Currently, as we do not have charitable organization status, donations are not directly tax-deductible. However, to the best of our understanding, certain types of support and contributions may still be tax-deductible for you or your business, including:

Service expenses through the purchase of our services: Information Sessions, Advisory & Consulting, or Contractual Research and Fact checking and Reporting.
College Scholarships.
College Grants.
Other Grants.

Additionally, individuals can make gifts up to the annual exclusion limit—$18,000 per recipient in 2024—without incurring gift tax or the need to file a gift tax return.

Internal Revenue Service. While these gifts are not tax-deductible, they do not complicate your taxation and generally do not need to be reported to the IRS.

Please consult with a tax professional to determine the specific deductibility of your contributions

Our exceptional organization, practicality, and economy as well as prospective effective network business model, lean organizational structure and effective and cost-efficient operations will ensure that your donations have the highest value, return, and impact in the short, medium, and long run.

At this early stage, I, Dzmitry Patuk, the founder, lead the startup and site development mostly with my own efforts and resources.

Development & Operations Fund

The Development & Operations Based Fund donations will be directed towards the organization's most immediate goals and tasks. It would allow us to dedicate more time and resources towards establishing startup's full time operations.

At this time resources would be directed towards incorporation and registration associated expenses.

It would also help us to cover operational expenses (site, domain, other online platforms' fees, and other essential expenses).

Your donation could help us to go FULL TIME.
